We left Tampa right at 5pm when I got off of work and headed north on I-275 to I-75. About an hour’s into the drive we got stuck in a small backup due to a spun-around SUV with a flipped-over boat on a trailer hitch. Ouch!
We made it to our Lake City hotel around 8:30, gassed up the truck for tomorrow, and grabbed a late dinner.
Tomorrow is one of our first long driving days: 10 hours to Kentucky.
